Very nice and cozy room. We found it clean and had all we needed. Plenty of hot water. Reception was helpful in all our questions and needs. They changed our beddings Evey day (!) Felt safe and nicely decorated graffiti corridors . There were plenty of nice bars, pubs and restaurants around the hotel invincible at first sight but they are there, ask the reception there were also tram stops and electric scooters. Neighborhood felt unsafe but wasn't, we moved freely at night without any issue. M1 and M5 lines are 4 stops away with bus 91 and back with Bus 90 from Lotto station. Extremely convenient for Duomo or Fiera Rho visitors.

The hotel is very close to public transport leading directly to the attractions and towards the main bus and train station. 10/10 for staff, 10/10 for hygiene. They also let us leave our luggage after we check out so its a HUGE plus not having to spend another 20-30€ on that, or even worse, carry your bags around. Room was warm, had to turn off the AC at night. It was hot.

I liked the generous check-in time frame, allowing you to come as late as 00:00 the next day. I would also recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, since I had no issues with my room in that aspect. The hotel is accessible by a 20-minutes bus ride from the central train station. Hopping in and out for a night's sleep was a breeze.

All Non smoking, room was cool and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff were accommodating and helped us with our travel plans:booking taxis and providing us with travel card for public transport. Easy to locate and only a minutes walk from a stop on tram line 1. Breakfast was well priced and something for everyone.

The hotel was situated relatively close to the convention centre. A short walk every day was healthy enough to make it on time. The facilities were good. The fact that the italians use a bidet is always awesome 👌. The breakfast was nice and light, just as any italian breakfast.
